	Jim, Rob, John and Brenda make up the senior management team at HAV. Their business principals, financial strength and commitment to values, integrity, teamwork and excellence comprise the group’s foundation for long term growth and success. 	Home Associates of Virginia was founded by industry veteran, Jim Arnhold, in 1990. For over two decades Jim has been building communities that have changed the face of Hampton Roads. A licensed Real Estate Broker since 1973, Jim has been involved in many facets of the Real Estate Market specializing in Development and Planning. With an interest in preserving lush open spaces, Jim developed deed restrictions and an architectural review process in areas of significant impact. As chairman of HAV, he oversees financial reporting for building and development and is responsible for maintaining healthy relationships with industry leaders.

	In 1997, Jim was joined by his son-in-law, Rob Prodan. Rob is in charge of all field and product production, sales and marketing, land acquisition and architectural design. He is responsible for choosing the quality products and materials used in building HAV homes. Rob started in the building industry in 1988 when he formed his own company Prodan Construction Company, Inc., specializing in custom framing and minor renovations. He is also intensely involved with strategic planning for the company’s future.

	John Prodan is in charge of all field construction. He is responsible for ordering materials, supervising sub-contractors, field supervisors and following each building project from start to finish troubleshooting whatever may come up. He graduated from ECU in 1994 with a degree in Economics and Business Administration. John worked with a remodeling company from 1994 through 1996 then he started with HAV and quickly advanced to the supervisory position he now holds.

	In 2003, Brenda Caruana joined the group bringing with her over 25 years of experience in home design, selections, marketing, financing, and supervising daily office operations. Her knowledge is evident with the array of awards she has won over the years for her expertise in marketing and design.
